Family Assistance Scanning Area Closed Due to Pandemic

The Job Center’s Family Assistance Scanning Area closed to the public starting today due to the spike in COVID-19 cases in Montgomery County.

Customers will be able to access frequently used forms immediately inside the blue lobby door. Special appointments will continue to be available for complex cases and for those without computer access. At this time, we can't determine when access to the scanning area will resume.

Additionally, there is public access Wi-Fi outside The Job Center to accommodate those who decline to wear a mask and properly social distance.

“Client and staff safety is our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to ensure safety while continuing to serve the families of Montgomery County,” said Montgomery County Director of Job and Family Services, Michelle Niedermier.

All other services provided by Montgomery County as still available with no changes at this time.
