Starting on Monday, Nov. 23, the public will no longer be able to access the Family Assistance scanning area at The Job Center. At this time, we can't determine when access to this area might resume. Customers will be able to access frequently used forms immediately inside the blue lobby door. Special appointments will continue to be available for complex cases and for those without computer access.
These appointments can be requested by calling 844-640-6446. All customers are encouraged to submit their verifications through our external drop box or by using the self-service portal at https://ssp.benefits.ohio.gov/.
