Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory is recognized as being in the top 25 for Forensic Internships. 


The Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory is a full-service, forensic science facility dedicated to assisting law enforcement agencies with criminal investigations. The MVRCL was the first crime laboratory in the State of Ohio to be accredited by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD-LAB) and is currently accredited as a ISO 17025:2017 forensic testing laboratory through ANAB (ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board).  In addition, the laboratory meets the forensic toxicology accreditation requirements by ABFT and the FBI Quality Assurance Standards for forensic DNA testing.  You can read our Quality Manual by clicking the link.
