MonDay Community Correctional Institution maintains zero-tolerance toward all forms of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.  Family and friends can report allegations of resident sexual abuse, sexual harassment and retaliation by:

1) Calling the PREA Coordinator at (937) 496-3156  - or -

2) Sending an e-mail to mondayinfo@mcohio.org

Referrals of Allegations for Investigations

According to MonDay's Policy and Procedures 3.9.2:

MonDay ensures that an administrative or criminal investigation is completed on all allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.

MonDay’s policy is to ensure that allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment are referred to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office or the Dayton Police Department who have the legal authority to conduct criminal investigations, unless the allegation does not involve potentially criminal behavior.  MonDay documents all referrals.
