Telephone Calls:
Each resident may make one phone call during their orientation phase. Once the resident has successfully completed orientation, he/she is eligible to place phone calls. All phone calls from residents are collect calls or calling card calls.
Visitation Schedule for Residents:
- Effective May 15, 2023 wearing a mask is no longer required for family visitation, it is optional.
- Effective June 20, 2023 children will be allowed to visit in person.
We continue to offer the Video Visitation option.

- Residents are eligible for visits after achieving Phase 1, which takes approximately 30 days. If the resident identified you as an approved visitor, an orientation packet will be sent to you by email, or if email is not available, postal mail. The packet will explain how to schedule a visit and provide additional information.
- Adult visitors must show photo ID. Children under 18 years of age must have some form of ID or birth certificate.
- If you are late for check in time, no visit will be permitted.
- All who are visiting must be on the visitor's list as determined by the clinician and the resident.
- All visitors must be dressed appropriately, i.e., shorts, skirts, or dresses must be knee length or longer. No low cut tops, muscle shirts, yoga pants or see-through clothing. T-shirts with drug or alcohol logos or gang symbols will NOT be allowed.
- Residents are permitted two adults per visit and all of their minor biological/legal children. At no time will more than two adults be permitted at one visit.
- Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who must be on the visitation list.
- Each visitor must have a picture identification credential and his/her name on the resident's approved visitation list, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VISIT.
- Please leave all purses, bags, wallets and other carry items locked in your car.
- Personal Property boxes will not be accepted any time during visitation. The items may be mailed to the resident or dropped off at the facility Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (at the Main Entrance), closed on Holidays.
