Magistrate Allen has lived in and around the Dayton area since moving to Ohio to attend law school at the University of Dayton School of Law. While there, he met his future wife who was also attending U.D.S.L. They both loved the area so much they decided to put down roots and remain here after graduation. Though he grew up in Indiana he has now lived in Ohio (all in the Dayton area) more than half his life and considers himself a Buckeye through and through. He feels working for the Court and the citizens of our County is a privilege and an honor.
