Due to system maintenance, Montgomery County water and sewer customers may not receive an email notification with their most recent billing statement. Please note, customers during this time will still have access to view their statements online.
Water Shut Offs: On March 16, Montgomery County Environmental Services suspended all water shut offs due to non-payment. However, billing still continued for water and sewer services.
In compliance with Ohio EPA regulations, we will resume shutting water off due to non-payment starting July 13. We are contacting customers with past due balances, so that we can offer extended payment plans and avoid shut-offs wherever possible.
We understand the enormous impact the Coronavirus pandemic has had on the region and our customers. These are difficult times and we want to help you and your family on the road to recovery. Through the Montgomery County Office of CARES Act, residents may be eligible for financial assistance to help pay mortgage, rent, or utility bills. In addition, eligible veterans who lost income as a result of the pandemic may qualify for special financial assistance through the Montgomery County Veterans Service Commission. For an application, call (937) 225-4801 or visit www.mcvsc.org.

Drop Box: The drop box for water bill payments at the Montgomery County Administration Building has been relocated. The box can now be found on the side of the Montgomery County Administration Building off Vista View Drive, near the delivery dock. Additional signage has been put in place to assist constituents with the relocation.
