MIPPThe Montgomery County Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Program (MIPP) is a federal and state mandated program to regulate wastewater released into our sewer system. Industrial wastes can damage sewers and interfere with treatment plant operations, so industrial customers use pollution control technologies to remove pollutants from their wastewaters before releasing them into the county sewer system.

If you have any questions, please contact our program coordinator at (937) 781-2562. You can download our MIPP Rules and Regulations, our Enforcement Response Plan and our Eastern Regional Local Limits Chart for additional information.

Industrial customers can also download our Industrial User Questionnaire/Discharge Application.
