Request a Leak Adjustment
If you have a higher than normal water bill resulting from a leak, and the water did not enter the sanitary sewer system, you may be eligible for a one-time leak adjustment. The types of leaks that would be eligible for an adjustment may include service line leaks or leaks inside walls. Other types of leaks such as toilet leaks, malfunctioning appliances or leaky faucets do not qualify for leak adjustments.
If you believe you qualify for a leak adjustment, you can download an application here. You will be required to repair the leak and provide documentation and proof of the repair. Please read all instructions in the application carefully to ensure that you submit all necessary documentation.
For additional questions or concerns, please contact Customer Service at (937) 781-2688.
Customers may be able to reduce their sewer charges by applying for a swimming pool adjustment. *In order to qualify for an adjustment, water usage must exceed average quarterly usage in the amount corresponding to the size of the pool. For example, if your average quarterly water usage is 13,500 gallons (18 CC) and you had a 30,000 gallon (40 CC) pool, then your water usage must be a minimum 28 CC (18 CC plus 10 CC, which is 25% of the pool size) to qualify for the adjustment.
