SMART ProjectAt a Glance: MCES will build a new influent pump station at its Dryden Road location. Those pumps will transport millions of gallons a day to the Western Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility in West Carrollton. Also to be constructed is a pretreatment facility at Western Regional, which will provide screening and grit removal to remove debris and grit. The screens will remove particles 4 mm and larger. Habitat and Summit Med Lift Station ReplacementAt a Glance: Montgomery County Environmental Services owns and operates two sanitary lift stations servicing the Habitat Condominium Owners Association properties located west of Springboro Pike (SR 741) and an adjacent commercial park area located on Summit Glen Drive. Both lift stations are nearing the end of their useful lives and will be replaced by one lift station for both services. |
