2019 Timeline

April 5th:
Registration Deadline. Schools must register to participate in the Recycled Sculpture Contest.

April 22nd-26th:
Choose 1st, 2nd & 3rd place school winners.
Complete School Winners Form.
Notify Sculpture Contest Coordinator of names via fax, mail/email.
Include the total number of school participants

May 2nd-3rd:
Deliver school-level winning sculptures and entry card(s) to judging location.

May 4th:
Attend the awards ceremony. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Awards start at 10:00 a.m.
Please remove sculptures after award ceremony. MCES will not be responsible for sculptures left at the conclusion of the ceremony.

NOTE: Due to the size of the entry pool, we are unable to accommodate after-deadline requests. All rules regarding sculpture construction will be strictly enforced.
