Recycling stations are available to Montgomery County residents at the Montgomery County Solid Waste Transfer Station, located at 1001 Encrete Lane in Moraine, Ohio. Free yard waste drop off is also available. Please click here for hours of operation.

Clean, separated organic material in loose/bulk form or in paper yard bags is accepted. Any yard waste in plastic bags or mixed in with trash will be charged a disposal fee.
Accepted Materials: Grass clippings, brush/branches, leaves, and other organic materials. Logs must be no larger than 24 inches in diameter. Watch this video to learn more about Christmas tree disposal, which are accepted throughout the year.
Unacceptable Materials: Trash, food waste, sod, stumps, mulch, wood chips, plastic bags, and loose soil or dirt.
MIXED RECYCLING DROP-OFF
Please sort the items below for placement in the proper containers.
If items are bundled or in bags, please remove ties and/or dump from bags into the appropriate containers.
