Take Advantage of FREE Teacher Shopping Days

In 2016, Montgomery County Environmental Services launched the McMRF Teacher Shopping Day program, which allows Montgomery County teachers to shop at McMRF on Tuesdays and Fridays for free materials for their classrooms. On the first six shopping days in November 2016, 155 teachers received 15,496 lbs. of materials to use in their classrooms.

Whether it is art supplies, student incentives, file cabinets, bookshelves, or even computers, the Montgomery County Material Reuse Facility helps to provide teachers with the right supplies to make the school year a success. Remember to take advantage of this great community resource, especially over your school's spring, summer, and winter breaks!
