The Purchasing Department maintains the list for Professional Services Vendors where the fee is greater than $5,000 and does not exceed $49,999.  In accordance with Resolution No. 20-0510 dated May 5, 2020, Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) may be submitted to the Purchasing Department at any time and will expire after a period of 12 months. In addition, the County Purchasing Department may also issue a formal request for qualifications on an annual basis to update or add to the list of firms on file.  Requests for additions to the list may be submitted to Barb Asberry via email to asberryb@mcohio.org with the electronic SOQ.  The Purchasing Department will conduct an annual recertification of all firms on the current Professional Services List.
