Visit the Family Assistance Resource Room
The Resource Room provides access to 10 computers and six phones to assist customers with their benefits. Staff are also available to answer questions about the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal.
Where: Through the blue doors at The Job Center, 1111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd in Dayton
When: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
What: Family Assistance customers can access a general information desk, the Resource Room, the Quick Scan Room and the Forms Room with 13 of the most-used Family Assistance forms.
Why: Customers can set up a benefits account at ssp.benefits.ohio.gov to apply for benefits, submit verifications, report household changes, link to existing accounts and more.
