The Service Brokers, an inter-agency collaboration of government agencies and community organizations, work diligently towards ensuring that families and children gain access to the services they need. 

Its members have the authority to intervene if problems arise with the referral process or with service delivery within their respective agencies. Within this role, it is important for the Service Brokers to stay knowledgeable and have access to up-to-date contact information for the numerous family and children-serving organizations in Montgomery County.

As a result of their efforts, the Service Brokers assist in producing a comprehensive Community Resource Guide and a trifold brochure called the Family Resource Guide, both of which are updated annually.
