Montgomery County Human Services Levy Council, Montgomery County Family and Children First Council,  Montgomery County Frail Elderly Services Advisory Council and Homeless Solutions Policy Board on behalf of the Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners, and United Way of the Greater Dayton Area are issuing a Combined Funding Application

Human Services Levy General, Frail Elderly and Homeless and Housing Supported Services Funds and United Way Live United Funds will be utilized to support selected applications requesting funding for health and human services or social services provided by non-profit organizations to begin January 1, 2023 to residents of Montgomery County. (United Way funding will be effective July 1, 2022).

Any proposed services must utilize evidence-based strategies to address the priorities listed in the Combined Funding Application and demonstrate their relationship to the Montgomery County Family and Children First Council focus areas of Education and Life Skills, Income and Stability and Health and Safety. Core safety net services, housing and homeless core and supported services, and frail elderly supported services are also sought. General Supported Services must be engaged in a collective impact project.

The deadline for submission of completed applications is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2022.
No late proposals will be accepted or considered.

 
 

Public INFORMATION SESSIONS were held February 28 and March 1 to discuss the application and answer questions. Questions and answers will also be documented and made available online www.mcohio.org/hspd on the Q&A page.
