Use Sydney Health or anthem.com to manage your benefits. Access your digital ID card, review plan details such as deductibles and out-of-pocket limits, and find providers in your care network.

Fill your maintenance medication at any Rx Maintenance 90 pharmacy or using home delivery. Log in to your anthem.com account, select My Plans, and choose Pharmacy to find the participating pharmacy near year. You can also sign up with home delivery using the Mail Order Service Form.

Chat with Anthem on the Sydney Health mobile app, by logging in to anthem.com, or by calling the member services number on your ID card.

 

 

 

 

If you obtained a covered medication through a prescription discount service such as GoodRx, Optum Perks, or WellRx you can submit a manual claim form and may be eligible for that expense to count towards your benefit accumulators (deductible and out-of-pocket maximums). Note, all plan provisions (prior-authorization, quantity limits, etc.) will apply and there is no guarantee of claim approval.
