What is the difference between an interim report and recertification form?

The Interim Report is issued in the middle of your certification period to report any potential changes. Your recertification form (7204 or Request to Reapply for Cash Assistance, SNAP and/or Child Care) is issued the month prior to the end of your certification period in order to renew your ongoing benefits. If you receive an Interim Report or JFS 7204 during any part of your certification, please fully complete either form and resubmit to the agency. You can also always submit the forms online at ssp.benefits.ohio.gov.
