Are verifications still required?

YesYou can help expedite the SNAP, Cash Assistance and/or Child Care recertification process by returning the completed JFS-7204 along with proof of the following:

  • Earned and unearned income
  • Household expenses (shelter, utility, child/dependent care cost and child support paid for children not living in the home)
  • Child Care clients must also submit proof of caretaker activity (school, training or employment) and list the name/address of their chosen child care provider.

A full list of acceptable verification documents is also available online here
