What do I need to do to recertify for SNAP, Cash Assistance and/or Child Care?

Each month, the state will mail the notice of expiration, an appointment letter and the JFS-7204 Request to Reapply for Cash Assistance, SNAP and/or Child Care Form to households that are due for Cash, SNAP and/or Child Care recertification. You will need to complete the form, return it by the due date and complete a recertification interview or risk losing your benefits.

To ensure you receive this important information, update your contact information through the Self Service Portal (SSP).

You can also complete the form and submit documents by mail or online through the SSP
