How long does it take for an application to be processed?: Dependent on individual's circumstances.

1. Is an appointment needed?: No. Orientation is held Monday through Thursday at 9 am, and 1 pm

2. What are the hours of operation?: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

3. Is a face to face interview required?: Yes, it is a requirement.

4. What do I need to bring to my orientation?: Proof of identification.

5. How long does it take for an application to be processed?: Dependent on individual's circumstances.

6. Is there a time limit on how long I can receive services?: Up to two years.
