OPERS Training for New Employees

A representative from OPERS will be onsite at the Administration Building over the next few months to present “How to Select Your OPERS Retirement Plan”.

As a New OPERS Member, you have 180 days to decide between OPERS’ retirement plans. This presentation will: 

  • Provide an overview and comparison of the OPERS retirement plans.
  • Point you to additional education and resources to help you select your OPERS retirement plan.
  • Let you ask an OPERS educator questions.

This presentation is intended for individuals who are still within their first 180 days of OPERS eligibility and have not yet selected their OPERS retirement plan.
