The Resource Room provides access to 10 computers and six phones to assist customers with their benefits. Staff is also available to answer questions about the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal.
Where: Through the blue doors at The Job Center, 1111 S Edwin C. Moses Boulevard in Dayton
When: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
What: Family Assistance customers can access a general information desk, the Resource Room, the Quick Scan Room, and the Forms Room with 13 of the most-used Family Assistance forms.
Why: Customers can set up a benefits account to apply for benefits, submit verifications, report household changes, link to existing accounts, and more
