2023 Property Value Update Timeline
Our office will mail notices to property owners this summer to inform them of their new tentative property values. Following this, informal review meetings will be held by Zoom video conference or telephone for property owners to give feedback regarding their new tentative values.

Project Timeline
- Winter 2022 to Spring 2023: Sales and neighborhood analysis
- Spring 2023: Submission of tentative new values to Department of Taxation for approval
- Summer 2023: Tentative value notices mailed
- Summer/Fall 2023: Informal review meetings held
- Fall/Winter 2023: Submit final values to Department of Taxation for approval
- January-March 2024: Opportunity to appeal final values with the Board of Revision
