Job and Family Services provides customers access to programs utilizing a range of in-person, phone, and web-based options. Visit the Resource Room to access and receive assistance with the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal.

Online Payments

Submit past-due fraud, adoption assistance, or foster care payments online. JFS customers can now pay using a credit or debit card. Point and Pay is a third-party vendor and will collect a 2.5% processing fee or a minimum fee of $2.
