Pay Water Bill

Drop Boxes: Payments can be delivered to one of our several drop boxes. Locations include Montgomery County Water Services, Montgomery County Administration Building, Centerville Government Center, Harrison Township Government Center, or Moraine Government Center.

The drop box for water bill payments at the Montgomery County Administration Building can be found on the side of the building off Vista View Drive, near the delivery dock.

If your property has a tax lien, please make your payment through the Auditor's Office by calling 937-496-3271.

First-time Users: You will need an email account to complete the registration process. You will also need your account number and cycle route number, which are located in the top-right corner of your current utility bill. View where the account number and cycle number are located on a sample utility statement (PDF).

Already Registered: Log in to make a payment on your utility bill or sign up for AutoPay. If you choose to autopay, and your bill is currently due, autopay will be applied on your next billing cycle.

Register for Autopay: Please note that once you register for Autopay it will not go into effect until your next billing cycle.

For your convenience, Montgomery County Environmental Services accepts the following forms of online payment: electronic checks, Mastercard, VISA, and Discover.

Debit/credit users: A non-refundable 2.3% convenience fee will be charged. To avoid this fee, consider using cash in person, paying by check through IVR, or by linking your bank account. 

Online check users: When making a payment by check, please confirm your routing and account number each time you make a payment to avoid an invalid return fee. Avoid auto-population in online fields.
