Welcome to the Funding page for Human Services Planning and Development, awarding funding through competitive application processes. Funding for the 2023 Combined Funded Application has been awarded. Future funding opportunities will appear on this page as they become available.


Montgomery County Healthy Aging Application Overview (PDF) - There is a remaining balance of approximately $338,000 in Healthy Aging Grant funds to allocate to older adult (seniors 60 years and older) services in alignment with the Ohio’s 2023-2026 State Plan on Aging. Interested organizations must submit applications in e-CIMPACT. The upcoming submission deadline is March 6th at noon (EST).

We encourage applicants to review the scoring rubric if your agency is interested in this funding opportunity.  As a reminder the review team must be able to clearly understand all facets of your proposal and the specific benefits to adults 60 years and older – clarity in all sections of the application is essential. Organizations who have previously submitted applications may reapply. Homeless providers should apply using the link but should use the Homeless Management Information System for data reporting.
