This division, under the Administrative Services Department, is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and grounds care for the majority of the buildings owned and operated by the Board of County Commissioners. This includes over 20 facilities totaling approximately 1,300,000 square feet of occupied space. Daily responsibilities include custodial service, facility maintenance and repairs, tenant space renovations, project management and grounds care.
