One of the responsibilities of the IT/GIS Division is to maintain the department's records for the water and wastewater infrastructure and facilities that are within our service area. The most effective way to do this is by using a Geographic Information System or GIS. The GIS is not accessible through the Internet, but it is available to be used by the public at our Spaulding Road location. Also on file are approximately 9,200 record construction drawings of most of our infrastructure. Copies are available for contractors and plumbers for a minimal fee or in electronic format.
