Engineering support staff provide engineering  and technical expertise to all divisions of Environmental Services; Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection, Water Reclamation, and Solid Waste Services. Staff also manage Capital Improvement Projects, reviews and approves Developer Projects, provides inspection for all construction of water and sanitary sewer utilities, reviews applications for service and backflow, and issues permits for connection and other applicable fees.
