    How to Prove Residency

    All applicants for assistance must prove Montgomery County residency 90-150 days back from the date an assistance application is made. This residency proof must include: name, Montgomery County street address (not a PO Box) and must have a date 90-150 days back. It can not be handwritten, a rent receipt or a lease agreement. Some examples of acceptable proof of residency are: utility bill, phone bill, bank statement, etc.
