Dental services are provided to veterans who: 

• Have service-related and compensable dental disability
• Are former prisoners of war for 90 days or more
• Have non-compensable dental conditions as a result of combat wounds or injuries
• Have non-service related dental conditions determined by the VA to aggravate a medical problem
• Have service related conditions rated 100%
• Participate in a vocational rehabilitation program
