Report Environmental Crime Activity Online or Call 225-HELP (4357)

This web page is to report the description and license plate number of any vehicle observed committing an environmental crime. If you wish to report an existing dump site, please contact Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County at 937-225-4460.

If you see someone committing an environmental crime, please let us know. All you need to do is write down a few things about the incident. You will need:

  • Time
  • Location
  • License Plate Number
  • Make of Vehicle

Please be specific about the location (at the corner of Main St. and Oak St. or northbound on Main St. by Oak St.)

The Montgomery County Environmental Crimes Task Force seeks to improve and protect public health and the environment through responsible enforcement and comprehensive outreach and education. The task force is a partnership between local municipalities, enforcement agencies, and regulatory organizations, including the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Montgomery County Environmental Services, the City of Dayton, the City of Trotwood, Harrison Township, Jefferson Township, Public Health – Dayton & Montgomery County, and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
