INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

The IVR is an automated system that allows 24 hours access to some case information such as payments, balances or arrearages, your CSEA Address, check or EFT information. To access the IVR call 1-800-860-2555 or 614-728-7900 if you live in the Columbus area.

Once you have access to the IVR it will require you to enter your Social Security Number (SSN).  After you have entered your SSN the system will access all cases associated with your SSN.  If you have more than one case the IVR will list all your cases and ask you to choose which case you want to reference.  Once you have selected your case, the IVR will provide you with payments, balances or arrearages, your CSEA Address, check or EFT information.
