    INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

The IVR is an automated system that allows 24 hours access to some case information such as payments, balances or arrearages, your CSEA Address, check or EFT information. To access the IVR, call 1-800-860-2555 or 614-728-7900 if you live in the Columbus area.  The TDD line (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf) is 1-866-500-3784.

To obtain specific information regarding your case(s), users must enter their Social Security Number. If the user already has established a PIN, they would be prompted to enter their PIN. If they have not established a PIN, they will be prompted to do so.  Once you have access to the IVR it will require you to enter your Social Security Number (SSN).  After you have entered your SSN the system will access all cases associated with your SSN.  If you have more than one case, the IVR will list all your cases and ask you to choose which case you want to reference.  Once you have selected your case, the IVR will provide you with payments, balances or arrearages, your CSEA Address, check or EFT information.

Note: If customers forget or lose their PIN, they can only request a PIN reset by mail or by FAX. Phone requests will not be accepted. Requests may be Faxed to: Office of Child Support, ATTN.: PIN Reset at 614-995-7159 or 614-728-5070. Requests by mail need to be addressed as follows: Ohio Department of Job and Family Services/Office of Child Support, Attn.: IVR PIN Reset, 30 East Broad St., Columbus OH 43215. It takes two business days from the day the request was received to process the change.
If you have problems or questions about the information you receive from the IVR, please contact the CSEA at 937-225-4600.
