REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services (MCDJFS) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for the following service on the date and time as listed below:
Friday, March 5, 2010, 10:00 a.m.
Media and Marketing Services
To contract with service provider(s) who can provide Media and Marketing services.
Description of Services:
The Provider of Media and Marketing services will assist and enhance MCDJFS efforts in public relations, marketing and advertising to be effective and valuable to its customers. The Provider will handle, in concert with the direction of the MCDJFS Public Information Office, a vast array of services including:

Affordable, creative and developmental services

Purchase media
-
Oversight of the collection of media services invoices

Consultation on strategic and tactical efforts
The Provider will have suitable administrative, accounting and management information systems in place, sufficient staff with experience, and adequate policies and procedures in place for the provision of Media and Marketing Services. The Provider will have a demonstrated ability to work with public agencies and other organizations in meaningful, collaborative, and/or partnership relationships. The Provider will generate new ideas and/or concepts or assist on the development of existing ideas and/or concepts provided by and at the direction of the department's designate(s) to enhance the production of MCDJFS services to the public.
The Bidders Conference will be held at the Job Center, Conference Room C2/C3, 1111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd., Dayton, Ohio 45408.
A contract awarded as a result of this bid process shall be effective April 1, 2010 and terminate December 31, 2010. The contract is subject to State and Federal regulations, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
All interested parties requesting an RFP MUST send a representative to the Bidders Conference on the date(s) and time(s) designated. Failure to attend the respective conference will be cause to reject your bid as non-responsive. Request for pre-registration or questions concerning this conference may be directed to:
