PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Section 5108.05 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services will be accepting written comments and suggestions on the proposed Biennial Prevention, Retention and Contingency Plan through September 16, 2011. Deadline information: All comments must be in writing, postmarked on or before September 16, 2011: PRC Plan Comment Or submitted by email at: MCDJFS-CD@odjfs.state.oh no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) September 16, 2011.
