    Homeless RFQ

The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners

is issuing this Request for Qualifications for

The Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners is requesting qualification statements for the administration of a HOME-funded Tenant-based Rental Assistance Program for Montgomery County.

Because the provision of additional affordable housing is a major goal of the community’s Homeless Solutions 10-Year Plan, the County has determined that one alternative to helping address this goal is through a tenant-based rental assistance program or TBRA.  This program would provide security deposit and/or rental assistance to targeted populations who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness for a maximum two-year period.  This request for qualifications will enable the County to select an administrator for that program.

The Request for Qualifications includes details about the eligible applicants and the program requirements, including the targeted populations, program design, and program operation.

The Request for Qualifications is available at the Office of Family and Children First, 451 West Third Street, 9th floor, Dayton OH 45422 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.  The RFQ is also available by clicking on the link below:

Third Street, Dayton, Ohio.

The due date for submission of proposals is Friday February 25, 2011 no later than 4:30 PM.
