    Frail Elderly

    The Montgomery County Board of County Commissions in collaboration with United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, on behalf of the Human Services Levy Council and the Frail Elderly Advisory Committee has issued a joint Request for Proposal (RFP) for 2012 Frail Elderly Supported Services Funding.  An overview of the Frail Elderly program, purpose and targeted areas can be retrieved from the link below.
