     Montgomery County Municipalities (excluding Dayton and Kettering) and Non-Profit organizations only.  No grants are given to individuals directly.

    CDBG Applications Available


    Montgomery County  is accepting applications for it's annual Community Development Block Grant planning process. Applications will be accepted until May 31st. Download an application here.

    Public Comment Sought on Amendment to Action Plan

    The Community Development Office is accepting public comment through July 15, 2011 regarding an amendment to its CDBG-R Action Plan originally approved in 2008. The amendment can be found HERE and comments can be made by clicking the Public Comment link on the navigation bar on the department's homepage.
