    Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

The Montgomery County Community Development Department annually awards Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds to 28 local jurisdictions throughout the County. Since the CDBG program's inception in 1974, the County has received approximately $90 million, the majority of which has been distributed to local jurisdictions to improve public facilities, infrastructure, and housing, eliminate slum and blight, and assist with economic development.

Below are links to charts depicting Montgomery County's CDBG awards. These charts primarily divide the data by "Jurisdiction" (i.e. City, Village, Township) and "Activity Type" (i.e. Infrastructure, Housing, Demolition, etc.).
