    DOB 4-14-96

    Derrick is an outgoing young man who loves to meet new people and try new things. He enjoys playing video games with his friends, playing basketball, bowling, and spending time with his foster family. He is currently in the 10th grade at an alternative school. His teacher reports he is very intelligent, but has difficulty staying on task and ignoring negative peer behavior. Derrick is committed to improving in all aspects of his life and has stated that he wants to be adpoted. Derrick would like to maintain a relationship with his grandparent and siblings. Derrick is in need of a family who can provide unconditional love, support, and guidance through his teen years. Derrick would benefit from supervision and structure in a nurturing home environment.
