Direction to the Second District Court of Appeals Dayton Office

From Cincinnati: |

Take I-75 North into Dayton. Take the First street exit (this is a one way street) and get into the
right hand lane for approximately one block. You will turn right onto Perry Street (one way as
well). Stay in the right lane for one block and turn right onto Second Street (another one way).
Move over into the far left lane, you will pass Montgomery County Jail. At the next
light/intersection you will turn left into The Montgomery County Parking Garage. Park here
and walk back up Second Street to Perry Street and enter the courthouse at the front entrance.
You will pass through a metal detector before getting onto the elevator to the 5th floor. The
administrative offices are across from the elevators, walk through the wooden door into the
reception area.

Take I-70 West to I-75 South. Take I-75 South to the First Street exit (this is a one way street)
stay in the far right lane and continue on First Street for approximately one block; turn right onto
Perry Street (also a one way street) and stay in the right lane until you reach Second Street,
(another one way street) turn right and move into the far left hand lane. You will pass
Montgomery County Jail on your left and at the next intersection(2nd traffic light) turn left into
The Montgomery County Parking Garage. Park here and walk back up Second Street to Perry
