PREP (Prepaid Real Estate Plan) offers three options which can make paying your real estate taxes much easier.

• Monthly Billing divided your half -year payment into monthly payments.

• Monthly Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) works the same way as monthly billing, by withdrawing monthly payments directly from your bank account.

• Semi-Annual Electronic Funds transfer (EFT) automatically withdraws payments from your account on the due date.
