Function Statement
The Engineering Group provides engineering support and technical expertise to the other divisions of the Sanitary Engineering Department; Water Distribution, Wastewater Collection and Water Reclamation. Engineering also manages all Capital Improvement Projects, reviews and approves Developer Projects, provides inspection for all construction of water and sanitary sewer utilities, reviews applications for service and backflow, and issues permits for connection and other applicable fees.
