Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Greg Brush serves as the Clerk for the General Division of the Common Pleas Court as well as for the Domestic Relations Division.  Mr. Brush is also the Clerk of Courts for the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals on cases appealed here in Montgomery County.

The General Division of the Common Pleas Court handles civil legal disputes involving monetary claims in excess of $10,000.  It also handles felony criminal indictments (complaints).  The Domestic Relations Division handles legal disputes arising out of marriage including divorce, dissolution, annulment, legal separation, and domestic violence protection orders.  The Court also hears requests and makes orders regarding the modification of any previous court order affecting the terms of a divorce, dissolution, etc.
