1. How are ballots tabulated on election night?

Election Officials transport ballots from the various precincts across the county to the Montgomery County Administration Building in secured cases. Once they have reached the Administration Building, each case is then officially opened, inspected and ballots tabulated by officials of the Montgomery County Board of Elections.
