Who can be a foster/adoptive parent?
Foster/ Adoptive families:
* Can be single, married divorced or widowed
* Have or not have other children
* Work outside the home or be a stay at home parent
* Rent or own a home
* At least 21 years of age
* Able to meet their own household expenses
* A criminal background check
