Summary:
Montgomery County Solid Waste District is holding its 10th annual Recycle Rally.

Recycle Rally is a competition open to any K-12 school in Montgomery County.  Students, staff, parents and other supporters can collect recyclable materials for their school in order to earn and win money.  Rumpke and Montgomery County Recycling Resource Center will track the total amount of materials brought to the Rumpke Recycling Center at 1300 East Monument in Dayton.

At the competition's end, all registered schools will receive a check from Rumpke for the buyback amount of the recyclable materials.  In addition, Montgomery County Solid Waste District will award additional prize money for the 1st through 3rd place winners in each of four divisions.  This year, first place will receive $2,000, second place $1,000, and third place $500.

Schools can register online at www.mcswd.org.
