File: FALL 2008 ED/GE FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS ANNOUNCED

Summary:
On Wednesday, December 3, 2008, the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development/Government Equity (ED/GE) Advisory Committee recommended funding ten projects, totaling $1,258,161,  from the County's 2008 Primary Economic Development Fund of ED/GE.  The funding recommendations will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners at its December 11, 2008 meeting. The projects recommended for funding are: 

City of Miamisburg – Iya Technologies - $264,161

City of Dayton – 444 E. Second St. Rehabilitation - $240,000

City of Moraine -- American Testing Service -- $25,000

City of Brookville – ITI Manufacturing - $100,000

City of Dayton – Cooper Power Tools - $75,000

City of Clayton – Project UDC - $700,000 -- $350,000 in 2008; $350,000 in 2009

Harrison Township – FC Industries - $100,000

City of Riverside – Office Town East Renovation - $50,000

Clay Township – Hofacker Precision Machining Expansion - $30,000

Village of New Lebanon – Essex Management - $24,000
